Organisations commission research to gather views from a broad mix of people.  We carefully select interview participants to represent different age groups, jobs and backgrounds.  Our interviewers are professionally trained and work to strict ethical standards.

  • We follow GDPR 2018 and Data Protection Act 1998 regulations

  • Your personal details will never be used for sales, marketing or passed to third parties without your consent

  • Some details, such as your name or contact information, may be collected to check that interviews were conducted properly. This information is kept secure and confidential

  • To know the purpose of the research

  • To know who is interviewing you (our interviewers carry photographic ID)

  • To end the interview at any time

  • Decline to give your name

  • Request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold
