Snap software, an industry market research software tool is used for all online, data processing and analysis. We regularly attend seminars and training sessions to keep abreast of new developments. 

 

Our DP service is fast, efficient and cost effective.  We use a small team of experienced data processors, who enter full verbatim comment.  We employ a 10% validation check policy to ensure quality data.   

Coding of open-ended questions is exported to Excel to categorise and filter into key themes to aid analysis.  These codes are then attached to the raw data to provide % scores.  An Excel file is also supplied with full verbatims.

We have a broad range of analytical techniques and will tailor your analysis output to meet your requirements.  Statistical cross-tabulations, mean scores, standard errors and significance testing are all available.  We also offer more advanced multi-variate techniques such as Factor and Cluster.  Snap software supports all standard file types, including ASCII, CSV, triple-s and SPSS
