Online surveys are designed and hosted using Snap Webhost, which is an industry standard software package.  We will manage the whole process from sampling respondents, database management, sending email invitations through to producing smart reports and analysis. 

 

Surveys can be fully branded using any of the following features: progress bars, multi-media, image maps, star rating questions, calendars, ranking, routing, randomisation and text substitution, quota controls, pre-seeding, respondent login and passwords, save and resume function and multi-language. 

 

Snap Webhost is a service that is available 24/7.  The hardware and supporting systems are monitored and checked every 5 minutes with the server being monitored 24/7 by specialists, video cameras and safety locks to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to web browsing data centre and ensures the safety and security of all data.

 

Panel communities have become more popular over the last few years.  We have experience of working with leading panel companies who provide the sampling and email invitations and using our own software to host the survey, enabling daily updates.  We are also able to provide standard analysis or multi-variate analysis in either PDF or Excel format.

 

If you prefer we can help you to develop your own panel by recruiting respondents, building a database and then managing the surveys.  This is particularly useful for specific sectors that may not be easily found within panels.
